Creative Actions - Open Encounters

This is a regular physical practice encouraging endless free invention, freeing spontaneous impulses for creativity, without correction or technique. The benefits to participants are increasing trust and confidence in relation to others and within oneself. This is direct access to the Creative State. This work has been developed and created through the Admiration Theatre Laboratory.
